রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা / Return & Refund Policy

আল-আমীন রিসার্চ পাবলিকেশন থেকে বই ক্রয় করার জন্য আপনাকে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ। আমরা সবসময় চেষ্টা করি যেন আপনি সঠিক বই, ভালো অবস্থায় এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ে পান। তবে যদি কোনো কারণে ভুল বই, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বই বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পান, তাহলে নিচের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
১. রিটার্ন নীতিমালা
পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর ১ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা নাও হতে পারে।
রিটার্নের জন্য নিচের শর্তগুলো পূরণ করতে হবে:
- বইটি ব্যবহারবিহীন হতে হবে
- বইটি আগের অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে
- মূল প্যাকেজিং, ইনভয়েস বা অর্ডার তথ্য সংরক্ষিত থাকতে হবে, যদি পাওয়া যায়
- রিটার্নের গ্রহণযোগ্য কারণ জানাতে হবে
- ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বইয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রমাণ দিতে হতে পারে
২. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে
নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ বিবেচনা করা হবে:
- ভুল বই ডেলিভারি হলে
- ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ছেঁড়া বই পেলে
- মুদ্রণজনিত বড় ত্রুটি থাকলে
- অর্ডার করা বইয়ের পরিবর্তে অন্য বই পেলে
- পণ্যের বিবরণের সাথে বড় ধরনের অমিল থাকলে
৩. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না
নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা নাও হতে পারে:
- ব্যবহৃত বই
- গ্রাহকের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বই
- ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের পরে অভিযোগ করা হলে
- বইয়ের প্যাকেট খুলে ব্যবহার করার পর মত পরিবর্তন করলে
- ভুল ঠিকানা, ফোন বন্ধ থাকা বা গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সমস্যা হলে
- ডিজিটাল বই, PDF, ই-বুক বা ডাউনলোডযোগ্য পণ্য
- বিশেষ অর্ডার, প্রি-অর্ডার বা কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য, যদি আগে থেকে জানানো থাকে
৪. রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য পাওয়ার পর আমরা সেটি যাচাই করব। পণ্যটি আমাদের রিটার্ন শর্ত পূরণ করলে রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট অনুমোদন করা হবে।
রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে:
- রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হতে পারে
- বিকল্পভাবে গ্রাহকের সম্মতিতে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বই দেওয়া হতে পারে
- রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হতে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে
- পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে, ব্যাংক বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং সার্ভিসের কারণে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে
৫. রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতিমালা
যদি বইটি ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয় এবং একই বই স্টকে থাকে, তাহলে আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করব।
একই বই স্টকে না থাকলে:
- সমমূল্যের অন্য বই নেওয়া যেতে পারে
- অথবা রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা যেতে পারে
৬. রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ
যদি ভুল বই, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বই বা আমাদের ভুলের কারণে রিটার্ন প্রয়োজন হয়, তাহলে রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ আমরা বহন করতে পারি।
তবে গ্রাহকের ভুল তথ্য, মত পরিবর্তন, ভুল অর্ডার বা ব্যক্তিগত কারণে রিটার্ন হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে।
৭. রিটার্ন করার পদ্ধতি
রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য নিচের তথ্যসহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন:
- অর্ডার নম্বর
- আপনার নাম
- মোবাইল নম্বর
- সমস্যার বিস্তারিত বিবরণ
- বইয়ের ছবি বা ভিডিও, যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়
আমাদের টিম আপনার অনুরোধ যাচাই করে পরবর্তী নির্দেশনা জানাবে।

However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective book, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
1. Return Policy
You must request a return within 1 days of receiving the product. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- The book must be unused
- The book must be in its original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, or order details should be preserved, if available
- A valid reason for return must be provided
- Photo or video proof may be required for damaged, incorrect, or defective items
2. Acceptable Reasons for Return
Return requests may be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect book delivered
- Damaged or torn book received
- Major printing defect
- Different book received than ordered
- Major mismatch with the product description
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used books
- Books damaged by the customer
- Complaints made after 1 days of delivery
- Change of mind after opening or using the product
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability
- Digital books, PDFs, e-books, or downloadable products
- Special order, pre-order, or customized products, if mentioned beforehand
4. Refund Policy
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product meets our return conditions, a refund or replacement will be approved.
If the refund is approved:
- Refund may be issued to the original payment method
- A replacement book may be provided with the customer’s consent
- Refund processing may take up to 7 working days
- Additional time may be required depending on the payment gateway, bank, or mobile banking service
5. Replacement Policy
If the book is incorrect, damaged, or defective and the same book is available in stock, we will try to provide a replacement.
If the same book is not available:
- You may choose another book of the same value
- Or you may request a refund
6. Return Delivery Charge
If the return is due to an incorrect book, damaged book, or our mistake, we may bear the return delivery charge.
However, if the return is due to incorrect customer information, change of mind, wrong order placed by the customer, or personal reasons, the customer may need to bear the delivery charge.
7. How to Request a Return

- Details of the issue
- Photos or videos of the book, if applicable
