আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনার অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করার চেষ্টা করি। সাধারণত ডেলিভারি সময় ২–৫ কার্যদিবস হতে পারে।

তবে নিচের কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে:

• কুরিয়ার বা লজিস্টিক সমস্যা
• প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ
• সরকারি ছুটি
• রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা
• ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা
• গ্রাহকের ফোন বন্ধ থাকা বা যোগাযোগ না পাওয়া

ডেলিভারি চার্জ বইয়ের ওজন, লোকেশন বা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

ভুল বই, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বই বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেলে ডেলিভারির পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

রিটার্ন গ্রহণের জন্য বইটি অবশ্যই নিচের অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে:

• বইটি ব্যবহার করা হয়নি
• প্যাকেজিং বা ইনভয়েস থাকলে তা সংরক্ষিত আছে
• ক্ষতির প্রমাণ হিসেবে ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রদান করা যাবে
• সমস্যাটি ডেলিভারির সময় বা পণ্য গ্রহণের পর দ্রুত জানানো হয়েছে

নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা নাও হতে পারে:

• ব্যবহৃত বই
• গ্রাহকের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বই
• ভুল ঠিকানা বা গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সমস্যা
• নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে অভিযোগ করা

রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে তা সম্পন্ন হতে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

৬. অর্ডার বাতিল

অর্ডার প্রসেসিং শুরু হওয়ার আগে আপনি অর্ডার বাতিলের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

তবে বই কুরিয়ারে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

আমরা নিচের কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি:

• বই স্টকে না থাকা
• ভুল মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হওয়া
• পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হওয়া
• গ্রাহকের তথ্য ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ হওয়া
• সন্দেহজনক বা ভুয়া অর্ডার মনে হওয়া

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার সময় নিচের কাজগুলো নিষিদ্ধ:

• ভুয়া তথ্য দিয়ে অর্ডার করা
